Conference Planning

Each year RIT Housing welcomes thousands of guests to campus who participate in conferences. We offer housing accommodations for adult and youth guests, meeting spaces, linen services, and assistance with planning your conference housing.

Conference Housing is available from May 22, 2026 - August 3, 2026
Applications for conference housing are due by April 3, 2026.

General Planning Information

For the 2026 conference season, all communication should be sent to conferencehousing@rit.edu.
Applications are approved on a first-come, first-served basis, and due to capital projects and refresh work, space is extremely limited, so early application is encouraged.
For the 2026 conference season – if multiple sessions of the same conference are planned (please indicate this on the application name; i.e. Tiger Conference Session One, Tiger Conference Session Two, so on and so forth). Dates must be set that allow minimally 3 days between sessions, to provide time for proper cleaning and preparation.
No check-in or check-out events will be held on Memorial Day, Juneteenth, or July 4th.
