Conference Planning

Each year RIT welcomes thousands of guests to campus who participate in conferences. We offer housing and dining accommodations for adult and youth guests, linen services, and assistance with planning.

Conference Housing is available from May 22, 2026 - August 3, 2026
Applications for conference housing are due by April 3, 2026.

General Planning Information

For the 2026 conference season, all communication should be sent to conferencehousing@rit.edu.
Applications are approved on a first-come, first-served basis, and due to capital projects and refresh work, space is extremely limited, so early application is encouraged.
For the 2026 conference season – if multiple sessions of the same conference are planned (please indicate this on the application name; i.e. Tiger Conference Session One, Tiger Conference Session Two, so on and so forth). Dates must be set that allow minimally 3 days between sessions, to provide time for proper cleaning and preparation.
No check-in or check-out events will be held on Memorial Day, Juneteenth, or July 3rd, or July 4th.

Dining Funds Requests

RIT Dining is able to accommodate groups of any size who require dining funds. Whether here for a meal, a full day, or longer, we have several options to keep your guests full, fed, and happy, hassle-free.

Requests should be made a minimum of two weeks prior to the start of the request.
No requests will be accepted between December 24th-January 1st.
